Additionally, the construction division provides comprehensive demolition, design and installation focusing on retrofit projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our clients include general contractors and building owners in the greater Philadelphia area. In 1997 we decided that our greatest opportunities existed with developing a deep knowledge of the historic and aging buildings throughout Philadelphia. Our familiarity with the intricacies of these buildings gives our clients peace of mind when unexpected issues occur during a retrofit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have completed work on 90% of the Philadelphia skyline improving critical indoor environments and that knowledge allows us to efficiently resolve unexpected problems as the arise. We are one of the largest mechanical contractors in the Philadelphia area and the only large-scale contractor that provides sheet metal work.
